Late / No-show policy
Please respect our other patients by arriving before your scheduled time. If you arrive at, or after, your appointment time you may be considered a “no-show”. We make every effort to run on time because we know that you have better things to do than wait in a doctor’s office.
Running late?
Give us a call: (612) 213-2370. Failure to give us timely notice may result in “no show” status and subsequent cancellation of your appointment. If you arrive late and have not called ahead, we will accommodate you if we can, or will reschedule your appointment.
If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not call to reschedule in a timely way, you will be considered a “no-show”. After two “no-show” appointments, you will be dismissed from the practice.
